Short of locking the group down to moderating everyone I ask that all of you use some common sense when dealing with messages that are obviously SPAM. Don't click on any links in messages that do not have a subject header or questionable subject header.

And please do not comment on the messages. I know they are spam and delete them as soon as I find them. And if you feel the need to comment DO NOT repeat the spam link in you comment.

All yahoops groups are being hit by spam lately so we are not being singled out. Address books are being harvested so although a message may seem to come from you some slimeball is using your email address

If you are concerned you can scan your computer for infections or change your password.

We will get through this. Thanks for your patience

When an obvious spam message appears on this group there is no need

for any additional comment. The moderating team is aware of what is

going on and will take the necessary actions.

Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
