Has anyone verified a performance improvement in the CM4228HD versus

the discontinued CM4228? The CM4228HD is being touted as a channel 7-69

antenna. Anyone?

That's their high gain multi-bay UHF antenna, isn't it?. I saw some comments in their customer review section about how terrible shipping was from the outlet he bought it from (apparently the guy in the shipping department bent part of the grid over just so it would fit into the box).. Then another guy complained it wouldn't fit through the access door to his attic once it arrived.. So you have to be careful when you order.. But I think there are other comments about performance there that might answer your original question.

*That's* all on the old CM4228 UHF antenna. I *have* one of those. What I

was asking about was what (if any) performance improvements were observed

on the new CM4228HD channel 7-69 antenna. But thanks.

I'm curious too about the new version of the antenna. Warren

Electronics is advertising it as being available in late October.
