I was wondering.�� If something like 911 happens again, or somethingless tragic,��and you happened to be in front of a computer, is it possibleto transfer funds to a safer stock before it plummets?���� or cansomeone explain the sequence of events that happens to the stock market whensomething like that happens?��

911 was a non-event in the markets compared with the 1987 crash,

where stocks fell, on avg, 23% in one day. After that event, circuit

breakers were put into effect so that the markets essentially stop

trading if they go down alot.
