HI,

I am having a problem with the Remove Bad Pixel function in V5.01. With the Remove Bad Pixels box open, I used to be able to simply click on the hot pixels that I wanted removed, hit the Process button and the hot pixels would disappear. Now when I click on the hot pixels, and hit the Process button, either the hot pixels remain, or worse, more birght pixels are added. The Use Mouse button is checked.

Any one with an idea of what is happening?

Thanks,

Keith Graham

How are you setting the noise level?

HiMax,

I never before adjusted the noise level, but just to see what would happen I tried noise levels between .1 and 10 (default was 1 which is where I always left it before). I must admit that I do not know what this adjustment would do, and I could not find an expplnation in the Help files. Anyhow, changing the oise level had no effect. The pixels still emain white when I click on them and then click Process.

Cheers,
