Hi,

i can confirm. the priority that they assign to e-mail request is

variable. sometimes, when i had a BIG broblem (lost/stolen disk) i got a

very prompt response, sometimes the backlog is months long.

The software is the best on his line, generally speacking. the support,

well, a bit overwelmed by success.

I'm also a bit flumoxed by the registration delays plaguing Cyanogen.

But in my opinion, Maxim is the best camera control software available.

You'd be much better off using it than selling it. There is no need to

wait

for confirmation. If you have the software, just install and use it.
