For clarification - my post (and BTW my name is not Larry) was literally to
check update validity, bearing in mind that staff changes have caused at least
some updates to be delayed. My expectation - based on experience - was that
'they' would allow the updates for those caught in expiry date problems. That is
what they have done. (Thanks Doug.)
