First of all, are you able to control the focuser using the RCOS TCC software? Did you download the proper .dat file into the focuser?

Although I've made a reply to this in my out-basket, it never appeared in

Maxim. Somewhere in cyberspace : -)



Yes, I can control the focusser with the RCOS software. Based on a phone

discussion with Dan Azari, the proper .dat file is loaded, and all else

works through the RCOS software. Still no autofocus control via Maxim,

MaxFocus, or CCDSoft. Every one of these programs, including ASCOM is now

up-to-date.
