I'm considering buying one of the Kendrick Observing tents to use

when I'm imaging in the field:

www.kendrick-ai.com/observatory.html

I don't have a good feel on the size and shape of the "room" that

contains the telescope equipment. I wonder if it will hold my imaging

configuration which is:

AP 900GTO mount on a portable pier

155EDFS f/7 imaging scope

Star 12ED piggybacked guide scope

Can the tent be closed up with the mount parked?

Thanks in advance,

louie

Louis,

I use a Kendrick tent with the AP 1200 mount, Mewlon 300 and Tak FSQ, Tak

FC-60 mounted on top. I close the Kendrick tent without a problem. Though

I have to slightly modify the Park 1 position

Louis,

Forgot that I also has a AP 155 mounted on top of the Mewlon 300 too in

place of the Tak FSQ and the tent was still perfect for it.

You will have no problem with the tent

Enjoy

I have a AP 7" f/7 mounted inside my Kendrick tent ... no problem closing

over it ... as flks have pointed out, pier height is a consideration ...
