Cosmic ray hit?

One wouldn't expect to see it on multiple frames, but since cosmic ray hits typically saturate pixels, the 'ghost image' might show on multiple frames until the charge bleeds off.

On CCD cameras dedicated to deep sky imaging cosmic ray hits show on every subexposure.
