Re: [ap-gto] 1200GTO electronics switch?

Does anyone know if the electronics for my 1200GTO will work on an older

1200 QSMD mount? I know that the electronic "brain" from the mount would

need to be swapped as would the handpad but other than this would it

work? Are the motors the same?

A friend has the SQMD and we would like to do a Tpoint run but it needs to

be a GTO mount so wonder if we would get lucky with this.

Thanks,

The motors are different. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't work.

There is an SMD and a QMD, but no SQMD and no QSMD mount. SMD has servo

motors.
