Hey All

Well ... it is finally here :-)

I unpacked and assembled the mount last night.

I am completely impressed with every aspect of its

design and contruction. It was absolutely worth the

wait.

I plan on powering it up and trying a test run this

weekend if these clouds ever go away.

Looking forward to a very active Fall/Winter imaging

season.

I know how you feel, I felt the same way 4 months ago when I 1st got

mine. Make sure you read the instruction manual at least twice!

Roland makes a great mount, but all its bells & whistles (esp control

software like TPoint & Sky) take time to master properly. Check on

this board (by search) for any good tidbits of advice; I learn a new

thing about mount operations every other week!
