With the rider that you won't see all 10 Arrows on the screen showing

their formation.

Since they normally transit in two groups (Someone may jump in and

correct me) , you would likely see just the leader of each transmitting.

Now that I think about it, I haven't seen them on-screen myself!

the problem with the reds isnt so much that they dont show on PP, its more the fact that as the fleet stands, only 2 of their hawks have their mode-s boxes on/fitted.
