Hi

since upgrading to 4.4.1 I've noticed a lot of 'no reg' appearing. Some of them have been new registrations so to be expected but the majority are already in my BaseStationSQB file and should therefore not be showing 'no reg'. I've checked the link to the file through the 'Options' and it hasn't changed. To be on the safe side I changed it and then changed it back but still 'no reg' appearing.

any ideas?

Del

Hi Del

Thanks for upgrading. 4.4 had some question marks over it and 4.4.1

seems to be better.

The registration side of things should not have changed. The routes

feature uses a separate SQlite database so that should not have

compromised the regos.

I see more or less 100% regos here so I don't think it can be a

general problem with PP.

I am not sure what to suggest.

I've turned on PP again this evening and all appears okay at the moment. Lots of orange planes mixed in with the usual yellow ones whatever that means, incidently the majority of 'no reg' where orange planes from d2.

I'll keep monitoring and if I start getting loads of 'no reg' again I'll cross reference with my laptop to see if it is a PP problem or just a glitch on my PC.

cheers

Pat Many thanks for the response. I realise that orange plots originated from sharers not using Basestation enabled  ( I was one until a few months ago!!) but I assumed  from recent posts in the forum  that the new version of SBS1 Spy got rid of SBS1 Spy's 5 minutes delay? I have also just seen your post giving another relative newcomer the address for details about SBS1 Spy and the download address. Will have a look to see what SBS1 Spy is all about. Bill  -------Original Message------- From: Patcarty2@...Date: 31/01/2008 20:56:31To: planeplotter@yahoogroups.comSubject: Re: [planeplotter] Re: BaseStationSQB file

Hi

just a follow up to say it was a PC problem.

I ran my Windows XP and Vista laptops alongside the PC and made some comparisons, and only the PC was showing 'no reg' despite having exactly the same file. I deleted the SQBfile from the PC and replaced it with the one from the XP laptop, then re-enabled the pathway through options and all is ok now.

cheers
