ugh!  I hate this, and it seems to be a problem every year.  However, since we DO NOT have a time change during CQWW this year, what do we need to do to have our logs set for the usual time change which usually is right in the middle of CQWW?Dale H. Hi Dale, Thanks for your e-mail.  My programs check on startup.  Inaddition, you can change the offset any time by clicking Setup from the menuoptions. 73, ScottN3FJP In a message dated 9/30/2008 10:19:58 P.M. Scott,

Isn't the answer that he needs for CQWW - "Do nothing" ?

Set it at the beginning and that is it. And K8TS, if your

computer is still changing time in October, you need to

get the patch from Microsoft.

The only contest where you need to change the time offset in the

middle of the contest is Sweepstakes CW.

Hi Tim--I knew the time  change had moved to another date, but wanted to make sure Scott's program had not altered to fix the old time change, thereby causing greif this year.  However I was unaware that the move would effect SS.  Thanks for the heads up on the patch.Dale K8TS(ex-K9TTT)
