I used to know how to do this...

I need to transfer the last month's worth of records from my ACLog to an

Excel spread sheet so that I can sort them appropriately and determine

my monthly participation hours by category for Navy Marine Corps MARS.

Now I've done this for the past two years, but all of a sudden I cannot

figure out how I exported log reconrds to an Excel spreadsheet.

Any help out there?

Hi Lee, Thanks for your e-mail.  The easiest approach is to: - Select the first record you wish to transfer to Excel - Hold Shift and then click the last record (all the records you want totransfer should now be highlighted) - Click Edit > Copy Selected Records to Clipboard - Start Excel and click Edit > Paste That should do the trick. Please let meknow if you have any other questions.

Thanks Scott.  I actually figured out a much more complicated and uglyway to do this; however, I'm going to save your method to use in thefuture.
